The song ‘Intuition’ was written by Jewel and Lester Mendez for Jewel's third studio album, 0304 and released in 2003. Following the club success she had with the song ‘Serve the Ego’, Jewel moved from a folk sound to a more pop-oriented sound with the release of this song.

‘Intuition’ was successful and reached number 5 on the Billboard Adult Top 40. However, a number of Jewel's fans where unhappy and criticized her for abandoning her traditional folk style in exchange for a new pop sound.

It may be shameless, but it’s hot.
The video for the song was filmed mainly in low quality, but switches to imitations of commercials and female pop-stars using sensationalist images in high quality.

You will see Jewel loose lots of clothes as well as other sexy dancers and some very hot, very suggestive dance moves as Jewel sings about her intuition.

Why is it boiling hot?
Jewel is pretty smoking herself. Add to that the fact that you will see other women up close and personal with her and with each other and this video really gets hot. Of course one can’t discount the suggestive shots between Jewel and the men either.

It seems her intuition was telling her to go sensual.
