The song ‘Before He Cheats’ was written by Muscle Shoals songwriter Chris Tompkins and Josh Kear and  was the third wide-release single from Carrie Underwood's (American idol star) debut album.

 It was her most successful single to date, with sales of over 2.131 million digital downloads. It is also the best-selling single from an American Idol contestant, and the third longest-charting single in the history of the Hot 100. The song was also a crossover hit from country to pop.

Think twice before you cheat on this little filly.
In the beginning of this video you’ll see Carrie (with her brand new boobs) going out to a parking lot with a Louisville Slugger because she has just vandalized her boyfriend's four-wheel drive because he cheated on her. In other scenes, the "boyfriend" is seen kissing another woman. She also carves her name into the front seat of his truck.

Eventually, she catches up with her cheating boyfriend with the other woman. After looking shocked for a second, she laughs and hands him the keys to his now-demolished truck. At the end of the video, the truck is shown completely destroyed.
